Is League Becoming Kusoge?

Kusoge. Colloquially, a game that's so embarrassingly bad it's fun to play.

Tanks get ripped apart in seconds. Zed takes Sejuani from full health to nothing with one combo, in a snap of the fingers, at the 3 minute mark. Draven's still being an absolute bastard. The meta tightens its grip ever more, and squeezes the life out of balanced defensive tactics. The list goes on.

I find myself no longer playing League to compete and have fun, but to give my fans something to laugh at. The way fights are decided, the speed at which the squishiest carries regenerate health... It's literally laughable. Even I laugh at some of the outcomes.

I fear a game that was once really fun to play is close to gutted now. Just a comedic shell of what it used to be. Hopefully the next major patch will correct a lot of this. If it doesn't, League may officially classify as kusoge before the year is out.

all characters have similar health and resistances at 3 minutes in. and zed is an extremely powerful early game fighter, compared to sejuani, whose main purpose is to tank, not duel carries. other than that, your not too far off. draven need to have all dmg bonuses on his q removed, (i understand this might be extreme) bc he already has reliable cc and an attack speed buff built in.

Yeah, I went and looked it up, and my assumption is he's trying to say I'm a foreigner who's obsessed with Japanese culture. I am in fact Japanese, and not just by ancestry. I'm literally Japanese. So that's out right away.

As for why he made the suggestion in the first place based on the content of my post, I have no idea.

I think you've had a bit too much to drink and I'm not going to escalate an argument with you. Believe what you like, but if you're going to weigh in, at least discuss the topic I was actually presenting.

Thought you might want to look that game up. If you're willing to play without English, it's tremendous fun.

Uh, that link is a 404. But I did go look it up and I see why you didn't just explain it yourself. It apparently means a bunch of different things, all somehow linked to Japanese culture. How asking about the state of League's fun level makes me any of these possible definitions is beyond me, but okay.
