i wouldn't say they walk into it nobody does its just an instant taunt really.
hes supposedly weak against ad and strong ap but i say hes strong against anyone because he builds really tanky regardless and just rolls faces

He's not generally tanky though. I was Taric with a MF as my ADC against Galio and Kindred, and we absolutely wrecked him. Ranged AD is his worst enemy, and stuns absolutely shut him down, harder than other tanks.
