Oh so you mean that he's shit because w doesn't do any damage or what? It's still good to procc your sheen which gaves you bonus ad, it gives attackspeed to everyone in your team getting hit by it so I think it's a pretty decent spell.

Does an abillity have to be useful on every champion to be effecitive is that what you are saying? I mean imagine when you are sieging, you giving 20% as to your teammates could mean the difference of you getting the tower safley or not.

So no it's a great spell with alot of utillity in it.

Let's state what Ezreal's W does:

Deal 250 magic damage to enemies every 9 seconds.
Buffs allies' attack speed for 5 seconds, a stat like 30 champions in the game find useful
Goes through minions.

"A lot of utility"

Maybe on AP Ezreal, but it's shit on AD Ezreal

Exactly he tries to make the argument fis his rules. But the fact of the matter it's a good spell with lots of utillity in the right situation.

Every spell doens't have to be usuful in every situation to be an effective spell. Finally someone with his brain turned on.

No, but you do need to consider that there's no guarantee it will be useful period.

He can use it to keep his passive's stacks going...but his Q is longer range, shorter cooldown, lower mana cost, higher speed and deals more damage. He can buff allies' attack speed...but it's entirely possible to have a whole team that doesn't have any use for an AS steroid. He can buff his own AS with it...if he wastes his blink to jump in front of it.

+20% AS is going to give +0.116-0.139 attacks per second. It lasts 5 seconds. It adds 0.58-0.7 attacks over its duration. That's maybe one attack if they're constantly attacking. It's fine if it's a permanent steroid, kinda shit for a 5-second steroid. See also: Varus, Ardent Censer.
