More dynamic queue venting

Entire premise is to make sure everyone gets the roll they wanted, except in high diamond you get autofilled in basically a third of the games

Can't play ranked teams with my friends since Riot wanted to dump more people into dynamic queue and help with the shitty queue times and only enable ranked teams in very specific windows of time that don't conform to every team's availability. We have lives and we aren't all available at the same time during the ranked team windows.

Can't play dynamic queue with my buddies because of the ranked tier restrictions for queuing with people

In conclusion, it is old solo queue but with 3x wait times.
