Is Caitlyn being considered for buffs?

Her average winrate across every site atm seems to be 47%ish, they say her EARLY GAME is her weakest stage too.

Now anecdotally, this all seems right. Early game she has no way just to nuke you like a rocket in trades like almost everyone is doing atm, while shes getting nuked. All she can do is poke you atm and hope you dont trade back. Literally all it feels like is she just wants to make it out of lane and nuke the squishies later. She cant abuse the keystones well as footwork sucks, she has low base AS so its hard to proc PTA and tempo. She just overall feels like she did pre buffs, except not even close to as clunky.

Her base AS needs to go back to .6xxx now that they effectively nerfed her early game.

47-48% winrate for a Year. By your logic they should buff Mordekaiser. She's fine Mordes fine. It's the Hyper scaling Tank and ADC meta that's the problem

She is, on every stat site, in the top 3 worst ADCs. Also, hypercarries and tanks have nothing to do with it. Her early game is the problem atm. the winrate is only a small part of my argument. My main point is that she is one of the worst ADCs atm
