New Rageblade unnecessary nerf for so many champions

New rageblade is actually a nerf for adcs/assassins who scale off attack speed Because they don't focus much on building damage so the flat AD/Ap on them is pretty helpful New rageblade gives % ad and ap which is a huge nerf for those who scale off attack speed and it's a buff for someone who scales off ad/ap because they'll get much more benefit having rageblade than those who scale off attack speed which is not fair. i tested it on PBE, and it's much stronger on someone with a lot of ad/ap than attack speed champion rather than attack speed is better with it...

What Assassins are you speaking of that use Rageblade? I only know of a few Melee Carries, Bruisers, and AD and AP Marksman that use Guinsoo's, being: Aatrox Irelia Jax Kalista Kayle KogMaw MasterYi Shyvana Teemo Tryndamere Udyr Varus Vayne Warwick XinZhao

The champions you listed and few more, the melees are being nerfed because flat AD/Ap better on them since they take more tanky items than Flat ad or AP items. But since it's giving % not flat that'll hurt them in late game while the marksmen with that item are much stronger because they'll just stack AD items

I mean yes, the Melees build Tank items and benefit less, but they still build flat AD. Example: Jax item 3111 item 3078 item 3124 item 3153 item 3748 item 3026 This is my typical Jax build when I go Top Lane. I sometimes build differently if I need to deal with something the enemy has, like a Mundo, but otherwise this is a typical build for me. I build some defenses mixed in with my offense, but I still have a lot of offense to benefit from a % increase in AD and AP.
