New Rageblade unnecessary nerf for so many champions

New rageblade is actually a nerf for adcs/assassins who scale off attack speed Because they don't focus much on building damage so the flat AD/Ap on them is pretty helpful New rageblade gives % ad and ap which is a huge nerf for those who scale off attack speed and it's a buff for someone who scales off ad/ap because they'll get much more benefit having rageblade than those who scale off attack speed which is not fair. i tested it on PBE, and it's much stronger on someone with a lot of ad/ap than attack speed champion rather than attack speed is better with it...
