I hate graves so much. His dumb E that's on a - 10 cooldown. his new build where e is so goddamn hard to kill because of that life steal. It's like graves does not follow the same rules every other top laner does; He gets away with way too much.

genya031 votesBefore the rework, hell yeah he was one of the strongest burst ADC's in LOL. But since Riot wanted to "balanced" the ADC's, they instead took him and his cigar to a different level. Made him much worst. But the only reason he's being played is because of items. If items were to get nerfed, then champions like 
won't be broken to sh@#. But is sh@# now lol.
Icestar11861 votesMaybe because he isn't a toplaner? If he goes top and still builds adc, he screws up the teamcomp. If he's building bruiser, he loses to toplaners with more cc/tankiness and equal damage.
