And more nerfs are incoming. Not to mention not a SINGLE riot employee has commented on the heinous change of her W and whether or not we can expect to have the old one back.

Thats the AVERAGE winrate. Taliyah's winrate when played by people who have 125+ games played is 59%. Riot is expecting that in a couple more weeks her winrate will sky rocket when more people learn to play her. So I think these nerfs are right on the money.
If she gets overnerfed, so what, riot will buff her if the nerfs turned out to be too much
the stat is there because many shitty taliyah players keep blocking off their own team from getting kills.
That was a month ago. Get with the times.
Stop trying to blow a small thing out of proportion just so she gets buffed. It happened on release and Riot's likely not going to fall for that overreaction ever, ever again.
My friend's played her and she's actually still very, very strong. Just get used to the new paradigm.
