My Idea For Rylai's

Some of the champions who use Rylai's are AP Juggernauts, like Swain, Cho'Gath, and especially Mordekaiser, who pretty much relies on the item to be viable. However, there are squishier champions who also use it, such as Azir and Brand. Instead of Cho'Gath, Mordekaiser and co. NOT buying the item, they should have something else. Something that suits them better for their playstyles, like how Titanic Hydra suits certain champions better than Ravenous Hydra. It would bring more variety for items, and champions like Mordekaiser won't have to be changed around so that they're viable again.
