doesn't he need any buffs. I used to play him a lot. after the nerfs i never had the chance to play the op kass. but i just feel like. hes underwhealming compared to leblanc. just buff him a little. his scalings are pretty damn low. and hes nowhere near as safe as leblanc

New champions are given complex toolkits where even if u nerf them they are still good because they have a well rounded toolkit.
Kassadin has a poor toolkit that is based off of numbers, Because of this he will only be "op, or useless" their is no possible way to have a meta where kassadin is "decent"

Fawksea1 votesbecause lb is squishy and has high cooldowns, sure she can pop an adc if he's out of position but if you're a smart kassadin you can do the same, not to mention you're tankier and have a good aoe slow to help catch em off it's pretty much a choice between a "one shot and run away" and a "im gonna stay and fight with my team" then again they're diferent champions and comparing one to another well obviously one is going to be better need an example on this? braum and tham kench, tham does pretty much everything braum does but better
MunchCrunchLunch2 votesno. the other team has to be stupid. the only thing you have is riftwalk. and unless your building a full tank kassadin you will be deleted immediately. you'd be lucky if you actually kill the adc. since kassadin full rotation is a lot less potent than leblancs.

MunchCrunchLunch1 voteshow am i playing him wrong? hes a straight forward champion. rift walk at someone. make sure your E is charged. EWQ in whatever order in a team fight. if solo you rift QW then E to slow and then rift again if that wasn't enough.
