all these nerfs have kicked him in the nads he is around 47% win rate. he is becoming unplayable in any lane or role. this is a perfect example of riots over reaction to 1 build that they over do it. its impossible for him to jungle any more he cant survive in bif team fights and if you mid you cant fight range champs. so now the only way to play him is a mid ap bruiser vs other melee champs.

It feels like they dont want people playing him any more. its almost like urgot or yorick are more viable

Well I don't think its just the build. His kit seems overloaded af.
