Trolling a position in ranked should be a perma ban

Its not like its beyond their control. Its not like they afk due to a power outage or something.

I dont really like losing a series due to an Akali/Talon bot.

There should be zero tolerance for people purposely ruining matches for others. If they want to fuck around they can do it in normals.

Make the announcement, explain the policy to new accounts, and lets be done with these fucking trolls
