Something still irks me to this day.

I just lost a game. I'm fine with it: we all have defeats and victories, and this game was really fun. Playing Braum with a Warwick and a Rengar on your team to instantly proc your passive on the enemy is really amusing!

Anywho, one thing did confused me: their Thresh could proc the Targon passive(Spoils of war) to help his adc. Isn't he a ranged champion? I'm a bit confused here. Why can Thresh use it it?

he can proc the heal only if he last-hits the minion. he can't use the execute. i have no idea why it works

There's a period inbetween the different passive's...

They are two different passives on it. You have the execute and the one that heals. Any champ can trigger the heal (I tried it on Annie before with "ok" success).

No one knows if he's ranged or melee. Sometimes he's one or the other, sometimes he's both, other times he's neither. He's a mystery to himself. All he knows is that he wants your soul for his lantern. Cuz he's afraid of the dark.

Thresh is, in fact, a ranged champion, but the Targon passive is not exclusive to melee champs. Ranged champs can still apply Targon's passive to give his ADC gold, but they cannot proc the execute that makes the last-hitting easier.

What Kamquats said. Thresh's AA is categorized as ranged, all you need to do is last hit and the passive will proc.
