The true issue with Dynamic Que
Its not the premades, its the que times (in some cases) for the quality of game that is provided.
It will never be fixed because you can't change the quality of the game since its impacted by two things: 1. Riot's balance team (their decisions can be pretty questionable) 2. The experience other players provide.
Dynamic que may allow you to get position you'd rather play but it never impacted the attitude many players had towards the game and others. Letting someone who has bad behavior or a less competitive attitude get a position they want does not change the fact they have bad behavior and a less competitive attitude (by this I mean they may troll more or try builds that wouldn't work fundamentally or play champions that don't belong in that role)
Now the issue comes in when people have extended que times and then are placed in one of these games. Que times differ for everybody for a variety of reason so just because you have a one minute que for mid/jungle in gold 3 doesn't mean everyone else in gold 3 queing for mid/jungle will have that same experience.
When you are uncontrollably forced to wait for an extended period of time for something, the quality in turn should be better than it was before. that is only fair. This doesn't meant someone who has a one minute que deserves a lower quality game, it means that the more roundabouts that are in place to help "provide a higher quality experience" should in fact provide a higher quality experience. Riot has forced this game to be a much larger commitment that it had been in the past. Before you could hop on que up and within a minute be in a game - that game has the same players then as it does now (trolls, feeders, rager, people who don't communicate, etc.) but now it just takes so much longer to get there.
It is really an unfixable problem - unless of course you que with 5 mans but not everyone has 5 people to que with all the time and queing with 5 randoms generally doesnt end as well since the 5 man you may be placed against could be 5 people who play together every day which would result in a relatively unfair game environment.
This is why i believe the old que was much better - the quality of my games has not changed (was up in gold 1 this season, but have sinced dropped significantly to gold 5, so its a pretty middle ground of all players) but the overall time and commitment it takes to get into one of these games has changed significantly. Sometimes ques are short and other times its a 20-30 minute process to get in a game, unless you support or fill but again at that point the old que would work all the same.
