Riot, I do not understand why it is so hard for your system to detect players who Cheat.
I faced Xerath with 90% win rate who had 21 games.
Why wasn't he banned? Why hasn't your system detected him yet?
All I am asking is for a smooth promo game.
Can I ask for this?
