I know Riot won't do anything if we don't like the state it's in but I'm curious if anyone enjoys that mid laners and supports are building an item that slow 2 people by 40% for 4 second from 1000 range.

If the enemy mid laner is building frost queen, they can't activate it if they've killed a creep in the past 12 seconds. Sounds like a fair trade off to me. It's just a slow, mid laners have scarier stuff in their kit that doesn't stop them from farming.

Except is has superior mana regen, an acceptable chunk of AP and is extremely cost efficient.
That's the problem with it.

Still doesn't sound like a problem to me, i'll stick to my big boy mage items and step all over that 50 ap.
disregardable1 votesI'd also like to chime in that slow can be problematic on champions that already have CC built into their kits to help them land their other abilities. Basically makes their whole kit much more mana efficient and consistent.
