She has the highest winrate in jungle. Deals ridiculous true damage (yes true damage, have u seen how much this W thing shreds? 35%!!!!) with W while having these items 
. Combined with dark harvest and lich bane procs, she absolutely destroys everything in the game.
Also, she's never behind in jungle even when counter invaded by enemies, all Eve needs is this!!!!

Hópe2 votesi play her quite frequently and i think she is fine because she cant fend off for herself if you invade. Also sieging + map objectives are quite poor with Evelynn compared to when i play Shyv who can kill dragon at level 3.

Craft Zeppelin1 votesI'm pretty sure frostfang is REAL strong. Also, her early ganks are not "weak" they are actually above decent. Although I'm glad they added a lot of counterplay to her and made her a reasonable pick, her bulk of power just hit the roof now.
Statistically showing she has the no.1 kill ratio in jungle. That is amazing for a stealth jungler.
