AP ez.. fix
increase the cost of his abilities.. his spells cost to little to go ap.. please make it so he cant get his spells as often.
or give him a yi fix.. remove all his ap ratios.. except one spell. just his ult.. done.. like ashe..

its so crap.. take that away.., fix him .. do something to him.. i understand he has counters.. but that doesnt make him balanced.. because he can arcane shift and take a 1/4 of a persons health out. seriously crap.. its not fun to play against him.. not fun at all.
