right cuz he got buff... because we was never played or picked and out of the meta.. so to create a meta shift they buffed his #s to try to knock off some of the top dogs in top

Jayce got his itemization crapped on without any compensation, the buff was a nice reminder that #Jaycelivesmatter

Seriously though, he relied heavily on old last whisper, packing a little bit more damage back into his kit and decreasing the CD of his ult isn't going to make him a powerhouse auto ban like you seem to be implying he is.
