What skill order do you think would be best for new Kayle support?

Right now I go W first, for lane sustain, and by the time that's done it's time to teamfight so I go E for the damage and easy application of armor shred. New Kayle looks like she starts off the same, so W to start is a given, but I don't know whether it would be better to go E after that for damage, or Q for the slow and armor shred. Thoughts?

i dont play in pbe but new kayle maxing seem between Q or W based on what you want more.

your laner is aggressive in lane vs non poke/aggro lane? max Q for damage/shred while W is if your goal to survive the laning with less aggressive adcs or when both sides are poke based

I'd say Q, if you are playing her as an enchanter, you need to be by your ADC and the armour shread on the frontline tank will help them a lot.

Ult should always be on the tank, fighter or the assassin going in. Can you imagine how powerful that would be on a Vi? Her Ult animation is like 2 seconds already.

I just wouldn't play Kayle support. How are you supposed to get fed and hard carry if you're in the support role.

Yes, she has some support-esque abilities, but that doesn't make it viable to completely go against what her kit demands.

They specifically designed her to retain her abilities to support AND carry if she wanted to. She doesn't absolutely have to be a carry, she can provide plenty of utility with her armor shred, slow, healing, and invulnerability.

If you've been keeping up with their discussions about her VGU, they were actively trying to preserve her support capabilities. That's why her ultimate is still castable on allies, and also why she's burgled Taric's old heal with a speed burst attached.

Oh, I'm glad! The whole thing feels less cohesive to me though. Her E seems pretty useless on a support, but I'm not gonna let that stop me

Bear in mind, she's not a primary support, which is why her kit is not designed to be a support's kit. She's primarily a carry, as she really always has been, with the option to off role as a support if she wanted. She can't have perfect kits for both situations, or she'd be incredibly busted.

Q if you're playing aggressive, W if you're playing defensive.
