Actual decent MMR reset solution (Suggestion about hard resets)

Instead of resetting all D5/G5/P5 players or just hard reset mmr in general, just reset people with Dynamic Q badges. Doesn't fuck over the legit Soloplayers. Done. GGEZ. I'm talking about hard resets here btw.

when you reset it resets everyone. lmao just cause you managed "gold" this season or what ever doesnt guarantee you'll make it back after the big changes. maybe you dont adapt well or you took a huge break. so you dont deserve to get the elo back for "free" just cause you were solo xD didnt do that any other season why do it now?
