What would a high elo players thoughts be on jax/garen.

So,i got tilted,which doesn't happen much in my opinion. cause of went to play top,as I have 3 chest's available. starting to see why people hate how you get 1 chest per season per champion,as I have gotten 40+ chest's through champions in every role. , , , , all those.
So at this point I have to dig through the champions I have yet never touch now. so for jax I went (for context I was the second to last pick. and guess who was last) I for on elike kayle,but she is rather buggy when it comes to blind/dodge interactions as well as using thunderlords(that's what I got from a guide at least. TDL not the whole buggy thing) I knew he would counter me and thunderlords would never go off cause kayle E either A:does not count towards proc from the AOE or B:the auto attack doesn't count towards proc,i have AAed people 5 times before. obvious happens I lose lane cause I can't trade,but he comes with a . at which point he was able to one shot me before his CC even ended. as jax Q has a 100% AD scaling and 60% AP,W is 60%,R is 70% for damage 50%AD for armor given and 20%AP MR given so blade kinda gives jax...a lot of burst,and resistances for his ult But how is jax in the eyes of somebody high elo,the people who know to buy a and not a when VS a (and you know who you are. one thing I hate on counter itemization is you have to rely on another role) for same story,chest 40+ champions I don't play,second to last pick guess who is last. No huge fan on the whole spin to win thing now I have been against it (rarely see garen) as you either A:run from him,so you take extra damage,he reduces your armor,and you take more B:stay in minionjs,he get's free damage and does more later on or C:Buy and give up on important stats cause he rushed . this leaves you having to go for champion counterplay,with something like assuming he doesn't land a Q clean,or W tenacity boost or do the highly,oh so specific MS counterplay. in which requires you to remember who has higher base MS. They are basically the champions I (jax) or my friends (garen) complain about due to their kit. for example. we all hate garen cause his mini warmogs gats to a 4 second CD. which basically makes all poke worthless and early game it is incredibly easy to out sustain all that... I am sure at least one is total garbage in high elo. though in whatever elo you are in I am sure this looks like a blatant rant as well. Carry on.
