you know before his rework, there used to be a small delay before the spell was cast , you can read the patch and see: DELAY AFTER CAST TIME: 0.5 seconds ⇒ Removed
can nocturne get the same treatement? right now his Q has a 0.5 sec delay before the dagger is thrown.

Lots of skillshots have cast times and delays, that's kind of the point.
