Namely, a Champion who can copy another Champion's ability/abilities. Sadly, that'd be a complete tech nightmare for Riot, and would probably have to be reserved for the last Champion they ever release.

Unlike Dota 2, League of Legends strictly follows conventions when it comes to champion ability mechanics and overall ability design. It comes with the AD and AP item convention that make sure damage is more easily tweaked. Same goes for Armor and Magic Resist. Dota 2 doesn't have any real conventions. No two heroes are alike and the "classes" or "roles" are filled by VERY diverse characters, with the combination of their ability mechanics and overall visuals, and of course the items.
