Pretty much guaranteed to get a nerf soon.

His synergy with the new masteries and new items is off the charts... his pick rate/win rate is too high, so he is well deserving of a nerf, you can tell a character is overpowered when even in Diamond ranked he is being played in all three lanes with high success (Remember release Xin? Darius? Thresh? exactly)... if it were me, I would chunk his movement speed from 340 to 325 to magnify his weakness (No dashes/mobility) and let him benefit from his strengths (Burst/High synergy with masteries/etc.).

But that's just me, who knows what Riot will do to bring him into balance with the others.

So cases like yasuo and tryn should have just been left alone? I don't think so. Keystones that are explicitly too good on specific champs need tweaks. Brand is no exception to this.

Where did you come up with the idea they're doing anything to Brand? I don't see it anywhere in the PBE notes.

He has one of the highest win rates in the game right now greater than pre nerf sejuani/veigar if im correct.

I think he has THE highest at 56%ish. I mean... if you bar GP, who's at 80%.

P.S. I'm not joking. Second highest is 55% or so, and I think it's Brand. First highest is literally 25% greater than that, and it's the barrel-breaker. I have no words for this...
