He isn't "cool" or "edgy". You aren't being "creative" when you make a design like this.

No one fucking likes him.

It "looks" like he takes skill with all the dashes, but those cost nothing and are point and clicks. He's like Genji in overwatch.

New players think all his flashy mobility is difficult but it's not. Zero skill resourceless, and free shields for nothing is the game's only fully functioning mana burn. The disproportionate amount of skill it takes to land skillshots vs Yasuo just hitting wind wall for "MLG BIG PLAYS"

I bet if people didn't complain about resourceless, Kayn would have been resourcless. I wouldn't past it your bullshit game design team.

This is like saying that nobody likes Lee Sin. Lee Sin has a 17% pickrate, which is the 7th highest in the game. Yasuo has an 18.5% pickrate which is the 4th highest in the game and also the highest pickrate solo laner, and it's not even close. For being champions no one likes, they're remarkably popular.

He's just a cliché samurai, and all the kids and weebs think he's soooo cool and sooooo badass with all his flashy plays. WOW he dashes all around, it's so cool.

Yet everyone else hates him, he's just so annoying, when he's on your team, he feeds his ass and can't do shit, when he's on the enemy team, he's a diamond smurf that can't miss a Q.

This champ has been mostly perma-banned since his release, it just shows how his design is massively flawed.

I remember the time when Teemo was considered THE cancer annoying champ of League. HAHAHAHAHA good times... if only we knew...

Thematically Yasuo follows a big trope of "Hunting for my masters killer" I mean sure League hasn't really done a "Hunt my mentors killer" trope (at least I think?) but the end of the day he's using a typical trope

Gameplay wise he is terrible, the most overloaded kit in the game, he has been rocking a high near 50% ban rate basically since release and Riot STILL refuse to nerf him

The problem with Yasuo is this too: It is far too easy to get back into the game , I played a game where this Yasuo was getting bodied hard top lane, he was 0/8 with only 60 CS, when me (Eve) and our ADC jumped on him he was able to casually 2 v 1 us and from there went 11/9

When a normal 0/8 fighter gets jumped by 2 people who are not behind they die, but not Yasuo.

Frankly I feel the reason they let Lee fall is because they found a new favorite toy to never nerf and only buff because "He's been out of the spotlight" and that's Yasuo

i dont get whats flashy/skillful about yasuo.

literally spam q twice, and hold tornado. e when necessary.

his entire design comes across as skillful, but is designed to be idiot proof. Just look at his ult. IT PUTS YOU JUST OUTSIDE TOWER RANGE, because otherwise yasuo players would just self cc themselves under tower and kill themselves.

I hate Yasuo b/c when he's on my team he's Bronze V, and when he's on the enemy team, well usually he's Bronze IV, but he at least knows how to click buttons.

Legitimately had a Yasuo lose us the match, yes whole fault IS on him, he went full damage, but at 34 minutes had dealt 10k damage, the enemy full support Rakan had dealt 14k damage by comparison.

On the enemy team he's still usually very bad, but at least he would have done like 20k damage instead of 10k.

i don't mind him. what i hate is my teams yasuo is an arangtang without arms and my enemies yasuo is some genetically modified korean with 4 extra thumbs and a third arm to play with. (this is a scientific fact)

No mage runs out of fucking mana. To talk about resourcless. As far as point and click dmg gut every adc except Lucian and Jhin then talk about Trashuo/Yi or Trynda.

Genji is a poor example, He is probably one the hardest DPS Hero in OW. The cost for Dashes as Genji is that if you don't get a kill with them you cannot escape. As Genji you have to put yourself into the enemy team to deal damage and unless they are terrible; they will CC you and then kill you.
