How does Riot punish win traders?

Win trading is MASSIVE in 3v3. 4 out of 6 games are people win trading. What are Riot's ways of identifying and what is the proper punishment for win trading?

At the end of last season they handed out 30 day bans and punished players lost all ranked rewards.

You can literally queue up for 3v3 as a 3 man. If someobody that you queued up with is wintrading you, find better teammates lmao.

I'm in a discord with win trading challengers. The worst that happened to somebody in the discord was one of his accounts getting banned out of his multiple accounts used for win trading, and his main challenger account was untouched.

Basically, it's not a big deal at all.

If it's done in 3v3 strictly. I can see why the punishment will be light 😂

I mean according to some, it's a dead mode. Permaban would really disrupt profits and the mode will surely become invalid.
