I am not that new to the game, been playing it since Nautilus came out but I haven't learned much in those years. The problem I know of is my macro. My play is sluggish, and reliant on early leads and I don't know what to do when I'm behind or how to extend my lead. Please,if you could answer any of these questions,it would be a great help for me!

1: When should I group? If depends, then what does that rely on? 2: If my enemy laner is ahead/ranged/is lane bully, what do I do,as melee? What does "play def" actually mean? 3: How do I extend my lead? 4: Any way to prevent ganks other than the useless wards? 5: When is it a good time to buy offensive items as tank/defensive items as carry? 6: What does each role have to do in TeamFights? Are teamfights absolutely necessary to win a game? 7: How do I deny people from farming without overextending? What if I have item 3751 ? 8: When is it okay to take jungle camps? 9: How often should I recall? 10: How important are objectives? Should I miss CS to help dragon,if I am top or group for mid tower if I bot needs to be cleared? 11: How to close a game early?

Your Gold 5, you should already know about these things.

1 when people try to take objectives you need to group because 4vs5 is a good chance your team wipes and lose objective 2 it means you let yourself get zoned from the minions xd 3 playing safe and not letting the enemy catch up by constantly putting pressure down with your lead 4 you have to look at the minimap often and dont waste wards and possible play a champion with built in escape or 2vs1 potential 5 for example enemy has malzahar and you play adc you usually buy quicksilver sash, that means when the laning phase is over you should already have this item instead of more damage because less dmg is better than none, when you get ulted in a teamfight and your support doesnt have an item to cleanse you there is a good chance the entire enemy team jumps on you 6 that depends on your teamcomp, if your team is all about waveclear and splitpushing, teamfighting is not so great 7 thats usually the case in a bad matchup or when you have a lead 8 when your jungler is behind then you probably shouldnt farm his jungle dry but always take everything from the enemy jungle when you can 9 that depends on what the minions do right now, how much gold you got and power spikes etc. 10 that depends on the situation and what you will gain vs lose, I once had a team chase down 1 guy in the jungle instead of defending our inhibitor

2 that's just how the game works unless you wanna feed the enemy, but I don't think you need to hug tower 24/7 it depends on the situation 3 if you only play safe you can't die but then you waste your lead and enemy will catch up, you need to put pressure down without dying its that simple 7 well you asked how to deny people of farm and the only way to do that is if you know how to play your champion/matchup in lane or if you have a lead in cs/kills, no clue what you mean with sunfire 9 I don't play top lane sorry but there are many good youtube videos that explain minion push, the gist of it is you wanna get as many as possible and not denied by your tower, as far as I know laning vs Nasus is easy and that guy just wants to farm minions to stack his Q, that means you freeze the lane and bully him out of cs when you have a lead, it also depends on what is happening around you, if your team needs help and your towers are getting pushed freezing the lane vs nasus wont help you

TL:DR youtube is full to the brim with tutorial videos on how to do what you just need to search for it and those people are higher ranked as me aswell, you probably shouldn't listen to a silver player [sg-janna]
