The "A player you recently reported was..." thingy removed?

Please tell me that summoners don't get notified any more when a report successfully hit it's job. Because I played with 2 premades that insulted me NON-STOP in game. I would have been okay with that...if one of them wouldn't just come top with me and trying to steal farm...
