We all know that getting both Stopwatch AND magical footwear is that makes it so damn powerful.
Stopwatch can be used at 6 minutes while you have to wait at maximum 10 minutes for footwear. Stopwatch is worth 600 gold and those boots about 475 gold (With the 50 gold reduction and 10 extra movespeed blah blah)
Why not just increase stopwatch's starting use at about 8-10 minutes just like those boots?

I feel the situation is being overblown. Nobody cared during pre-season in the slightest. The top 1 percent are putting the runes to good use and everyone's losing their minds.
There are plenty of match ups where buying boots early wins lanes as well
Mob Piru2 voteshonestly who cares, if u see they have a stop watch just dont sell ur soul for the kill, bait it out first. Its really not that hard. I pref taking socery second for the manaflow band and the scaling ad or ap. Why would i ever want to give up free AD or AP ?
if u do the math the gold efficiency of that scaling ad and ap rune far out weighs 600g for a stop watch.

I cannot describe you how much snowballing is worth, but you get it.

Hochelaga1 votesSmall gold lead? that 1k gold is the equivalent of 3 extra kills or about 40 minions or 8 waves of creeps. Let's say that a Draven has BF sword before you. How are you gonna manage that?
Game is mostly going to end before 30 minutes which by the time your 40 ad would be worthless

Also u just give up good stats for just a free pair of boots. and a stasis effect.
