I think this is more for the newer players who are still trying to get IP to get Champions and Runes.
I mean if you're new the grind is terrible, especially with how long it takes to get a Champion thats 3150 IP and above (not to mention the Runes that cost like a 1000+ IP)

It's insane the amount of time you need to spend here if you want to have access to all the content.

I haven't been playing that long, but I made the mistake of buying 10-20 champs with RP, then for a while I used to buy IP boosts. I was baited :D
