Janna's ult provides for more utility as well, like resetting a teamfight or extra peel for a carry. Also, Janna's Q doesn't help to kill her like Soraka's does. The obvious answer to this issue is Soraka needs a buff because Janna is fine ATM.

Enemy bot lane did horrible because I zoned them and now the entire enemy team is fighting in all chat? Mwhahahaha.
