Making it do more damage and heal for 1% less ???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
This mastery was mainly made for sustaining esp when you're weak early. This will only make snowbally tanks with built in heals worse.

No it got tweaked a bit again. It now does 3% max hp and heals for 1.5% instead of the previous change that made it be 2.5% / 1.25%
