I've easily gotten leads with her 5ish minutes in but her spears are suuuuuuuuper easy to dodge, and she has to get close to do any damage which is also impossible if you can't hit spears. There's also predicting movement but noone stupid will walk into your spear. She just feels too weak compared to every other jungler. Basically another elise except elise does what she does better.
Cherysse5 votesWhen you sa Nidalee sucks you get kicked to the ground because ppl love seeing pro players with her, but yes, she indeed sucks, her play patter is toxic because it totally requires you to land a super hard to land skillshot to be of any use and even when you do so you might still suck, she is the most unreliable of all assasins in the game and people refuse to accept it.

it isn't until you reach the top 2% of player where her winrate even REACHES 50% even then it only goes to about 52% at challenger.
she DID have some buffs on PBE and they WOULD be good if her clear was still possible.. but with the removal of her auto resets from the R they are going to need to give her a lot more love for her clear to be viable
Cherysse3 votesThe problem is that they annihilated all of her other roles and made her become less than a mediocre jungler, she needs a rework, her play pattern is toxic, she is either too good and a nightmare to balance or too bad and unplayable.

Yea that's cuz she's not really popular where most of the community's rank is.. which is low elo. She's still picked in high diamond+ where people actually have what it takes to play a champ like Nidalee.

She's incredibly good if someone can play her well, which is difficult to do. the guy I mentioned, sysb0t, has a 60% winrate in d5 with her currently.
JJI7441 votesI do hate to be short, but the person your responding too has it right. She is still a common ban at high rankings, because when a good player has put in the time to learn her, she is exceedingly strong. She is seen as weak generally due to having a high skill floor. Most people just can't play well enough (either in general or specific to Nidalee).
PBE has some changes to Nidalee that should lower the skill level required to play Nidalee. Her AA reset on R (something a lot of people probably don't even know about, let alone use effectively) is being removed, and some of the damage is being moved into abilities. And her Pounce is getting a slow, making kiting camps easier.
Caítlyn2 votesI miss S3 Nida. Her spears got nerfed from doing 70% of a squishys hp to 30% max, AND they destroyed the hitbox at the same time. That has to be one of the biggest nerfs in history.

Dynikus1 votesLooking at her changelogs, in 4.10 her spear's hitbox was halved, then in 4.11 they increased the spear hitbox again. As far as hitting with her spears go, those are the only changes they've made since her release. And as was already mentioned, she has significant buffs on the pbe currently.
