Why is jarvan being buffed

This change is aimed at buffing his jungle clear In lane this barely does anything And later on in the game a little extra AS means nothing when trying to burst someone since you want AD and Armor Pen

He needs to have his damage a bit more spread out instead of his best build being Tiamat and another damage item ANd then E > Q > R > Tiamat active > Auto = dead enemy.

He is not suppose to be a burst assassin and does not even have assassin as one of his class attributes but he sure plays like a burst assassin.

1. hes pretty much utter garbage right now
2. i dont see buffs anywhere
3. not even mains have over 49% winrate averagly with him whats pretty sad to be honest

He's getting buff to impress Shyvanna.

there are new champs that do what he does and do it better. so theyre buffing him to make him able to compete.

The problem of J4 is that he sucks in the jg right now because his clear is super weak compare to meta picks, and he is a far better laner than jungler. The changes are aimed to make him better in the jg so less people play full ad J4 which ruins games, both for the ally and enemy.
