He needs to have his damage a bit more spread out instead of his best build being Tiamat and another damage item ANd then E > Q > R > Tiamat active > Auto = dead enemy.

He is not suppose to be a burst assassin and does not even have assassin as one of his class attributes but he sure plays like a burst assassin.

Exactly, he's utterly useless as a tank but the when I see him grab a Tiamat, I notice that I don't see my ADC anymore.

Remove the scaling on his ult then buff something else in his kit. His ult is supposed to lock someone in with him or block off the enemies from their teammates, not be a huge AD nuke.

if his ult actually did that then i would be fine with getting rid of the scaling but as of now? almost everyone can escape his ult like nothing happened

Or maybe make it so half the damage is delt on use of the ult and the other half is delt through tremors to all enemies within and close to the walls over a couple seconds.

The AD nuke comea from him screaming DEMACIA on the way down! And they couldn't pay him to not say it.

Besides, he needs the scream to make the cataclysm. His voice gives him super strength.

These bruisers dive the back lines and try to eliminate all the squishies Pantheon Irelia LeeSin MonkeyKing Renekton JarvanIV , any of these champs have very good burst and should be able to delete squishy targets especially when having a more damage focused build (they are in between assassins and bruisers in reality)

JarvanIV is a champion i happily refer to as a makeshift assassin. He can get in, delete the target, just can't get out very well. similar to MonkeyKing Garen Pantheon when built full AD. i very much enjoy the fact that his playstyle involves 100 to 0ing people and building damage. i feel it creates a more risk reward style of gameplay that league needs imo.

This change is aimed at buffing his jungle clear In lane this barely does anything And later on in the game a little extra AS means nothing when trying to burst someone since you want AD and Armor Pen

but that does buff his ganks he would have more health to gank with since now his jungle clear is better same reason kindred got their heal removed so they didnt have as much health when ganking

Actually, Kindred got heal removed, because they never had to back from low health or after a skirmish if kited camps properly.

The problem of J4 is that he sucks in the jg right now because his clear is super weak compare to meta picks, and he is a far better laner than jungler. The changes are aimed to make him better in the jg so less people play full ad J4 which ruins games, both for the ally and enemy.

To give an example of just how bad J4 is,I could be going even against a Jarvan as a bruiser Leona with only item 3078 while he has item 3074 ,i could legit be half health,and still win the fight
