Looking for help improving

I'm stuck in s5 and could really use some help getting better so I can keep climbing. So far most of what i have looked up and been advised to do hasn't helped much. I'm probably a lost cause at this point but who knows maybe I'll get lucky.

What I find a good way to climb is to one-trick a champ, personally, I'm one-tricking Veigar to climb out of bronze, it works because MANY in this elo don't know how to beat him.

Yeah I one tricked lux to get out of bronze but too many silver play her to keep it up.
