Whats the longest you have been stuck in a division?
I have been stuck in silver 5 for 2 months now and it is infuriating.

The Silver 1 struggle in pre-season was real. It was honestly very difficult to climb out of.
I think I went to promos like 6 times until I finally broke through, and it took a lot of games to climb back into promos each time, especially when I lose 3 games at promos and then lose the game after. Didn't take many games to get to Gold 4 after that.
It was a combination of:
- Competitive Silver I - II players who are your equals and who really want Gold.
- Angry Silver I - II players who badly want Gold and start raging after every mistake.
- Gold V players who are better than you at the game.
- Gold V shitbags who got careless/lucky/boosted and feed every game.
Boy, it was a hell of a show.
Play your best "carrying" champions. Screw the meta. And when I say "carrying", I don't mean damage, but anything that can win the game for your team. At Bronze-Silver, you can't play decent and expect your team to carry. You need to do the work for them. Pick someone with heavy engage, high AoE damage, super-tankiness (with enough damage to kill an ADC), or DPS, and win the game for them.
I simple number would be infinitely better than the current division system. The Lower1/Upper5 of all of the brackets is so fucked.
This season because I've basically decided to quit Ranked until DQ is replaced.
Other than that, Silver I last season.
