I need help Top lane vs Tryndamere

Clutch Thompson··1 votes·611 views

Having issues. He outlasts most characters because he has no mana, and actually get rewarded for spamming abilities. His heal helps him out last me in terms of health, and once he hits lvl 6 he goes all in and ults to out trade.

I kind of have the same issue with renekton for the same reasons barring the ultimate being different.

Any advice vs these guys? I lose lane every time.

Malphite ,rammus. But it"s a lottery, if he gets lucky with crits you gonna lose lane. Not much you can do about.

Regardless of any matchup ever, a trynd that crits on every AA wins lane. Period.

Except vs sion for some reason.

Nope, Trynd can crit his way through that as well.

Only reason I said that was because i consistently beat trynd with sion

Trynd has a lot of lanes he usually loses. I'm just saying that if every single time he attacks you he crits, you can't beat him. It's really rare, but when the game decides it, Trynd can do it.

Run summoner 14 and you can almost wreck a Tryndamere.

I run Ignite and TP always. Never use flash anymore, and works out ok actually.

His Q actually has a pretty big cooldown so you might as well harass or poke right after he uses it. Pretty much any one with CC will destroy him, like malphite, chogath, riven, tahm, etc. If all else fails just wait for the jungler to gank or wait for late game so he'll be utterly useless to his team other than backdooring.

I've yet to have ANY trouble against trynd with RekSai top. She outsustains, also has no mana issues, has better early trades (without extraneous crit bullshit), and generally fucks his day up.

I've never really had an issue against him, but I primarily play Nasus, Irelia, and Renekton against him.

Irelia can abuse her E to force/end trades in this match-up. Irelia's E-AA lets her trade efficiently early game and she has enough burst damage after Sheen to chunk Tryndamere during every trade. You mostly just save your E to disengage and begin fights by Q'ing a minion next to him (so you can catch him after he Es away).

Renekton can zone Tryndamere from the creeps very easily. I typically just start W and use it to trade/zone in early levels; AA-W(AA)-AA is a massive amount of damage early game even without fury and Tryndamere can't trade against that without fury. Later, you just have to try and burst Tryndamere before backing out for CDs.

Nasus has a very easy time if you don't die early since Tryndamere is extremely squishy (he can die in 3 Qs in many cases) and Wither cripples his damage output. After you have Sheen and ~200 stacks, you can just Q Tryndamere and back out until he can't even sustain in the lane.

Renekton is just a strong bully early-lane. You should wait, don't feed him and outscale him in late game.

Tryndamere is a completely different issue. I suggest to rush a Thornmail first, if your champ can accommodate it. Then, it's a lot easier to trade against him. Don't be greedy, and beware of the dive under your turret with his ult, don't hesitate to back if you are too low life. If you really wanna trade before your thornmail, at least do it when his Fury is not full yet. Then it's too late.
