Is Darius problematic? I feel like there are other more problematic top laners. Like Jayce that should take precedence? Or maybe nerf them both?

out of all those picks, darius wins against 2 which are poppy and yasuo every single other are as strong as darius
if you nerf darius, you need to nerf everyone listed on this list

but riot is known to only nerf champs there are always nearly 1 buff and 6 nerfs by patches they won't buff renek they won't buff jax

Experienced darius players have a 59%+ win rate on average plat +
For you to have an idea, riven has 53~54% even for experienced players while her 0-5 games winrate is like a lot worse too (obviously).
And lol if you think jax and renekton needs buffs, lmao.

Rewt1 votesIIRC about 90% of the league of legends playerbase is Plat and down, so honestly as a company riot is forced to balance around low level play while trying to keep it balanced at higher level play. If they alienate lower tier players then they lose money and the bottom line is riot is a business and HAS to care about low plat and below.
So while you may not give a fuck about low plat, in the end they have more say in the direction of league of legends than diamond does.

4634 votesJayce should be nerfed in the sense that he shouldn't be able to AoE burst your team from 3000 range with a projectile that flies quicker than Ezreal Q by like 3x.
Literally one hit by his projectile and you have to concede to their siege because your carries need to heal up.

He'll suffer less than other unfortunate bruisers but its wrong to say he wont suffer if passive changes go through. You think before the jungle and keystone changes the community would have been so open to these nerfs?
Me neither. Maybe the hilt nerf, but def not passive nerf.
option paralysis1 votesI stopped playing top lane cuz it made me toxic as fuck but I played wukong top for 2 seasons and vs. a current darius with wukong you literally cannot farm. That being said, nerfing him won't make a difference for champs like wukong, because like someone already mentioned, fiora/maokai/swain/poppy, all destroy wukong and champs like him anyway.

Danjeng1 votesDarius is a top pick. The nerfs are fairly minor, as a lot of champions just got nerfed on the same level as Darius in patch 7.1. Along with balance changes on PBE being nerfs to other champions too.
