Why does the jungler with the most consistent mobility and play making ability have THE BEST execute in the game? I find this single ability to be unbearable when the Lee Sin "isn't behind." Basically, if he's doing anything right, it's a murder ability only checked by a remotely intelligent decision whether or not to engage in a fair fight.

Total Physical Damage: 100 / 160 / 220 / 280 / 340 (+ 180% bonus AD) (+ 8% target's missing health)

At Rank 5, it's a 7 second cool down and amazingly easy to re-apply against an engaged target.

Would it be so bad if it was reworked to be more effective at a long distance and didn't gain a stacking missing health bonus?

No different than nidalees really. Maybe it could get a max dmg. As strong as it is i find volibear w to be worst. Lees kick can also be interrupted with a flay/knockup/back....

The more hp you lose, the greater the execute bonus becomes. (%missing hp, assuming you continue to lose hp.) The way I view an execute is that it should be used to kill an enemy at low hp, Lee Sin's resonating strike has such a low cd that your basically guaranteed to be able to use it 2-3 times in a duel.
