So Let's Talk About LeBlanc & Her Problems

She has pitiful scaling on all of her abilities and high cooldowns on almost all of her abilities. Her burst is gated by a passive that takes forever to proc. LeBlanc cannot even clear a minion wave with a W, passive mark and then a Q like she used to be able to with her old kit. There are champions that have better wave clear, cc, burst, and kit than the one champion that had that before her rework. While LeBlanc did have her problems, gating her power by a 1.5 second passive that doesn't even do that much damage, is one of the main reasons why LeBlanc is in the state she is in now. I don't like her new kit at all in comparison to her old one.

LeBlanc is not the deceiver she used to be. LeBlanc is not the ap assassin she used to be. LeBlanc is not the roaming burst mage with decent wave clear like she used to be. LeBlanc has to take a specific item to be useful now. I don't understand how and why the Balance and Update team have to touch champions and ruin their identities. Now we are waiting on a hypothetical revert that has apparently been in the works for a year and half now and the Developers cannot do a single thing to make this champion better.

LeBlanc's kit is not fun and her thematic is not that great anymore. Do a better job, Developers. You don't seem to get it.
