Idk, she can't burst during early game, her slow and Q in early phase is meh and she doesn't have the capacity to snowball like other adcs :/ On top of that, she heavily relies on support to do well.
Hopefully championship Ashe will get her more popular

Dasdi961 votesShe is a utility adc, which means her damage isn't that high, but she contributes a lot to her team. The problem is this meta favours adcs with ridiculous bps 
and not adcs that help other teammates carry.
