I know this might not seem like a massive thing that could impact how people feel about certain things but it's something that has me wondering. If you die and you don't see a greyscreen, do you think it could prevent slightly less tilt that players get?

Oh you died because you didn't play well enough, so look at a greyscreen and do better next time.
In addition to all of this, I think it also can be a little distracting in terms of clarity in what you can see, when you take extra time to look around while you're down.
