Volibear will be super strong next patch

I have many reasons to prove this.

The bonus health from cinder hulk will make his w very strong. The buff to his w is immense when farming. He can clear without taking much damage thanks to his 3 second fear. He can survive early duels thanks to his passive and w. The move speed steal from chilling smite helps his q a lot. And lastly, he Is the real raid boss. I expect a massive win rate spike (5-10%) and perhaps even some LCS plays (hopefully not because that will lead to mega nerfs) if these patch notes go live.
