Can we get a varus and kog maw buff please
right now as it stands kog maw is way better mid laner then his intended role as adc varus is strong and i like him so i just want him buffed for more ROFL PLAY
varus should get a CD reset on each kill or assist with his Q for more play and a movement speed boost lol kog maw should actually get some ad scaling to encourage building ad
and 
. He is still strong as a ADC late game. But his early and mid are horrible for being an ADC. But late game he will shine.
