Niche item which should have a permanent bonus (just like Knight's Vow) who gets an enhancement when the actual stack system has been completed

making it permanent would be quite OP no?

would probably have to reduce the crit down to 10%

Yeah didn't explain it correctly but that was my thought a low permanent buff who gets increase (do not orget the % AP part tho :p)

I can't believe we lost Zeke's Herald for this piece of shit.

Zeke's Herald was the only AD Support item in the game. AD Supports took a huge hit in its removal.

What AD supports are you talking about.... you were either tank or AP. There was 0 reason to ever build an AD item on any support then and still no reason now.

Taking any adc in the support position is bad because there is no itemization for them at all.

why? most AP supp benefit far more from building any of the following items item 3504 item 3174 item 3107 item 2301 item 1001

and once you are at 5 items you really should have finished the game by then

most will get item 3190 because of the insane synergy it would have with this build
