Buff Percentage Health Seals

Percentage health seals (820ip each) right now give you 0.5% health. Compare it with health per lvl seals 1.33 (24 at 18), and you soon realize that you need around 5k health to beat that. Its true that health % helps you trough early game, but they only give you 67 health at 1.5k health, and health per lvl gives more than that at lvl 6. This is the way I see the problem: Health per level, or flat health seals should be better for champs that don't prioritize health Health % should be better for people that prioritize health (tanks) Right now health per lvl is simply better. Buff health % please.

It's hard because of abuses like mundo and tahm.

Not really, health per lvl is better for Mundo at this time, since it really hard to outscale it with % health, and you have the option to build other items, like thormail, which don't benefit health %.

Oh my god... At 3k HP those runes contribute 15hp a piece... Rofl.

Percentage HP should be 1%.

If you get 4k hp, then one of these runes contributes 40 extra HP.

16 more than 24 late game seems a good deal more for this.

As of right now though, I might just get rid of those three percentage hp runes on my darius page... Here I was thinking that they were helpful for offsetting the fall off darius experiences later game.
