A horrible match

Hello, so I just had the worst 4v5 in quite awhile. What made it so bad? We're 4v5, minute 3 comes, I start the remake vote, and my team members vote no. They don't communicate, they don't say anything, just vote no. I suspect they might be premades, but we were 4v5 for 15, at witch point the game was lost beyond hope. Now here's my problem, I'm the only 1 reporting them. Its a ranked game, and they're obviously troll, otherwise I can't explain it, unless they were 3 premades from top teams (which they weren't). I don't believe that this behaviour should be tolerated under any circumstance, the enemy team is happy for the win, (gg ez), and I'm the only that cares about the match. I just want to know if they will be punished, and if not, then I want to know why not.

Consider what would've happened before the remake system was implemented: exactly the same thing.

NOT remaking does not make the game any worse, it simply doesn't make it better. Refusing to remake, taken alone, is probably not punishable. If the motivation is to frustrate other players, though, THEN it would be punishable. Unfortunately that will be rather difficult to prove.
