What percent of players < level 30 are actually smurfs?
Meaning smurfs who either ROFL-stomp or flame genuinely new players, of course (is there any other kind?) And then when they had to stop publishing statistics about overall playership when the number stopped growing and started shrinking, they decided that letting people play ranked with their friends was the solution.
