Yellow Trinket

So, me being a Katarina main, of ALL the changes that this preseason has brought, the worst one to me would always be the nerf to the yellow trinket and stealth wards.

Considering ward hops are a part of katarina's kit I used to ALWAYS buy stealth wards and upgrade my trinket at level 9 for maximum vision and ward hop potential. I think it would be a good idea (for everyone) to at level 9 automatically get the old trinket upgrade that we could upgrade at level 9 during season 5

Places a Stealth Ward that lasts 180 seconds (60 second cooldown) Store a charge every 60 seconds, up to 2 total.

I think this is a good idea because any ward hop champ (despite lee and jax being very strong right now) suffered a nerf from this, but more importantly, vision in general took a huge hit from all these nerfs. I think this will be good for any role (minus support getting a sweeper after sightstone) because of the vision so we don't have to have a black map.
